How I quit my job at 22 years old
There are many of us who are stuck with their 9 to 5 jobs and are dreaming about the day when they will be able to quit and follow their passions, live the way they want, have the life they dreamed about for years. The problem is that the majority of people are not doing anything in order to achieve their dreams. They just want it, hearing about the law of attraction and how important it is “to want” something, but they forget that life is not always going to give you everything just because you want it. In the majority of cases you also have to work a lot and make sacrifices in order to reach your goals.
I was born in a pretty poor family and I have some memories from when I was maybe 5 years old when there were days when we couldn’t afford to eat something, so I know how poverty feels and looks like. Even if I was used to it and I knew how to “survive” in this situation, I always knew for sure that I wanted more from my life. I wanted to do something to get out of this, I wanted food on the table all the time and a nicer place where we could stay.
When I was around 12-13 years old I started to work whenever I could find something to do. I was living in the countryside so a local farm was my main place of work around that time. I was also going to school and I never neglected this part of my life, but I also had to work. The whole time I also had a passion: football. I liked to play this when I had some free time and I even made a few bucks after playing in the local team but I quit shortly after as somehow I never wanted to become a professional player.
Years passed and around 18 years old I got hired. I was working in a factory but my passion for football never disappeared, so from my first paycheck I placed the bet of the day after I heard about it from my friends. I was lucky enough to win so I got involved in soccer betting from that day. In the meantime the technology started to advance more and more and one day I could finally take advantage of it when I found out about a website who was offering Artificial Intelligence Soccer Predictions and it was a total life-changer for me as I started to save a lot of time when doing my bets and also my winning rate increased a lot because, obviously, the artificial intelligence was smarter than me and it helped me to earn a lot. I did this for a few years and eventually around age 22 I quit my job as the earnings from bets were a few times bigger than my monthly paycheck. I’m not saying that this is a 100% safe way of doing it, nothing is guaranteed in the betting industry and there are some risks that you need to be aware of if you want to start doing this, especially if you want to rely on this source of income only, but I’m grateful that I made it and I will do my best to maintain this for as long as possible because the feeling of being independent is wonderful.
